Norris Lake Water Test Results 9/6/2019
Posted on Sep 23rd, 2019
Hello all:

Just a quick note to let you know the latest test results for the beach were negative.

1. Four samples at Main Beach were made along the shore in the same places I often test, including one just to the right of the boat house.  All were found to be within normal limits. The sample mentioned adjacent to the boat house does have more bacteria, but even with the heat and lack of rain, it's still negative for increased E. coli.
2. Two samples at Sunset Beach were negative.
3. Two samples at Matheny Park were negative.

Just letting you know I did in fact test prior to the beach festivities.

Thanks,

James Goodbread
